GAME 1 (Girls): Shabazz vs. Neptune

Shabazz 62, Neptune 47:
In a battle of the top two teams in New Jersey, second-ranked Shabazz came out from the start and thoroughly dominated top-ranked Neptune for the Bulldogs' third straight triumph in the NNI. The home-town team from Newark, Shabazz received a stellar all-around game from Zantaya Davis, Aliyyah Handford and Alyesha Lovett. Davis earned the Brian Doherty MVP Award by pumping in 14 points and hauling in 14 rebounds, while Handford and Lovett chipped in with a dozen points apiece. Shakena Richardson earned MVP honors for Neptune by scoring 14 points, while Chyna Golden led the Scarlet Fliers with 15 points.

GAME 2: Seton Hall Prep vs. Mendham

Seton Hall Prep 60, Mendham 46:
Dallas Anglin was 6-of-12 from the field, which included four three-pointers, and totaled 22 points to earn Doherty MVP honors and help Seton Hall roll in its first appearance in the NNI. The Pirates broke the game open with an 18-11 third quarter effort, which gave the South Orange school a 47-31 lead. Sterling Gibbs added 19 points and Spencer Weisz pulled down eight rebounds for Seton Hall. Tore Vicarisi led Mendham with 20 points to secure the MVP award for the school from Morris County.

GAME 3: St. Benedict’s Prep vs. Life Center

St. Benedict's 56, Life Center 55
St. Benedict's hooked up with Life Center for the second time this year and this time the outcome was much different when Tyler Harris drained a buzzer beating three-pointer to lift the Gray Bees to a one-point victory. Harris earned the Doherty MVP Award for his effort from the top of the key as the Gray Bees won for the third straight time in the NNI. Harris led SBP with 14 points, including 12 in the last 5:18 of the game. Life Center's MVP, John Johnson, gave the Burlington County school, which beat the Gray Bees in overtime earlier this year, the lead at 55-53 with a trey of his own with 5.5 seconds left.
